Campus Staff
Several international locations are requesting people experienced in ministry to come alongside their current ministries and grow into various leadership roles within the team. Staff are needed to sustain a healthy ministry on existing campuses and empower teams to expand to new campuses and locations.

Resource Staff
Resource Staff are the infrastructure that allows the on-campus ministry to thrive. Skills in finance/accounting, IT, design, or other administrative tasks enable the on-campus ministry to grow from a position of strength into a sustainable future. It is beneficial — but not essential — for Resource Staff to have prior experience in a resource ministry role. They must be teachable, dependable, and team-oriented.

LEAD Supervisors
LEAD Supervisors play a crucial role in coming alongside an existing international team to shepherd and facilitate the sustainable, fruitful ministry of the LEAD staff in conjunction with the broader team’s long-term goals. Cultural and developmental adjustments that LEAD Staff naturally encounter during their time on the field can be challenging. LEAD Supervisors should be adaptable, relatively experienced (2 years or more), and have a track record of leading, developing and caring for others.

Investigative Team Leader
Investigative Team Leaders are integral in launching a Campus Outreach ministry in a new location. They report to their Network Director and are the primary interface between the partnering church and any future Campus Outreach presence. The specifics of this role will vary by location. Prior Campus Outreach experience is necessary, as is the ability to be a team-oriented pioneer with good relational skills.

SERVE Office
The SERVE Office is located in Birmingham, Alabama, and exists to empower and expand Campus Outreach ministries under the authority of the local church. As the ministry continues to grow worldwide, the behind-the-scenes needs run parallel. Various positions and skill sets are needed to adequately equip current CO movements and allow for their healthy expansion to every corner of the globe.
